yes, those are them, not a bad price either, thanks for the link I think the cheapestprice I everhad on those was about half that...but that's a good price.

one of the reasons that taiyo yuden is better, if I recall correctly, is that they have some sort of ownership in the technology patent for cdr discs.... I have to be vague onthe details, it's been several years , and I don't remember...but you can probably find out.

So those discs are just like normal good discs, plus they have a LOT of extra top surface, becauseofpainting overthelogo....(sorry my space bar is failing)and are super super durable... never had any problem with the top side of one of these..again,theres a good faq on almost everything in this thread on etree.org , if you are 'new' to this, take a look... well written and understandable

Forum: etree Subject: disc vendors (was Re: Newbie Q's)

Nice... maybe a thread like "where can I get the best discs cheapest" might be helpful to someone.

I've seen numerous threads on the subject on other boards though, and since these prices only last a certain time, it might not be of that much use.

But yeah, those TY whites are seriously good, especially for cheap discs, and I have to applaud the Taiyo Yuden folk for making them available instead of sending the overruns to some landfill.

That's where all these discs will end up one day.
